How it works:

• Join an event and compete on an interactive live leaderboard. Earn points based on your activities and fundraise according to your wellness goals. Along the way, you'll have the chance to win exciting prizes!
• Sync your health tracking app and devices (Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, Strava, Under Armor, Google Fit) to record your workouts. Alternatively, you can check into a gym or studio or manually enter activities in our app. All activities count - from yoga and meditation to volunteering and even playing pickleball!
• Stay connected with your community by following the activities of your teammates, friends, and colleagues directly within Kilter. Show your support by giving them a thumbs-up icon next to their activities!
